It was an easy interview process. We started with a screening phone call. Then, there was a one-to-one and a group interview with the team. The third step was a great chance to meet the available employees from the department. Throughout the entire process, they really focused on understanding my professional and personal skills.

It was a thorough interview process that moved along pretty quickly. Started with the usual phone call, then a virtual meeting, a follow-up, and finally the last interview. They were pretty straightforward about most things, just not pay and benefits.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had 3 rounds of interviews. First one was with the COO, to see if we were a good fit. The second was a technical interview with a technical lead, which went really well. The third was with the CEO and was a disaster. The CEO seemed to think the technical lead was his assistant and was confused about setting up a conference call. He was 10 minutes late, then asked me to set up the call, and then didn't show up for another 10 minutes. We only had 5 minutes to talk because he had another call right after. Seriously one of the worst experiences, especially given the CEO's arrogance and bad reviews.

The interview process is fast paced and fair. I have an onsite interview coming up, and I'll see what happens after that. The company seems cool and is doing well, so I think there will be a lot to do and I won't be bored.
