First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SpecialtyRx.
Pharmacy Technician
The interview process was super straightforward. First, I chatted with the hiring manager. Then, I spoke with the floor manager, who asked the questions and ultimately decided if I got the job.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What would you say are your biggest weaknesses?
- What are your strongest qualities?
Pharmacist
So I had this interview that lasted about half an hour. It was with one pharmacist supervisor. They asked me some behavioral and situational questions, and then they wanted to hear about my past jobs and experiences. After that, they said they'd let me know within a few days.
- What is your understanding of long-term care pharmacy?
- Tell me about your previous employment and what you did in each role.
Pharmacist
The hiring manager told me that if you show up to the interview, you'll get the job. The current employer mentioned that people are always leaving, and the company wastes money training new hires who will leave after about a year.
- Tell me about your negative experiences working in retail.
