It was a short and sweet interview. The staff were very helpful and did their best to find me a job. I was asked about my qualities and skills, and the interviewer was very friendly and gave me a warm welcome.

I applied online and then got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was quick but it went really well, and they said they wanted to bring me in for an in-person interview. We scheduled it for a Tuesday morning. I studied all night to get super familiar with the staffing industry and felt really ready. The night before the interview, I got an email saying she had a conflict and needed to reschedule. She said she'd be in touch in the next few days to reschedule. A few days later, I got a missed call and a voicemail from the interviewer, and I got excited thinking it was about rescheduling. I listened to the voicemail, and it turned out she was leaving a message for a Botox party she was supposed to go to. I figured it was a mistake and let her know. Hours later, I just got a 'Thanks' back. I waited a few days to hear back before trying to contact her again. After the 'botox message', I tried to reach her three separate times and was completely ignored. I'm not sure what happened, but the whole thing felt super unprofessional, and I'm totally turned off by this company. It seems like they don't care about communication or professionalism. They don't have time to reply to a simple email or call back prospective employees, but they have time to talk about Botox. No thanks!

The interview process had three parts: first over the phone, then a skype call, and finally an in-person meeting at the branch. It was a relaxed atmosphere, and the interviewers were friendly, not trying to make me feel pressured. They were upfront and professional throughout.

I was recently hired by Special Staffing, and they found me a well-paying job within the first month. The gap between my interview and orientation was a bit longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. I'm very grateful for this new opportunity they've given me.
