The interview process went well until the final stage. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted, and weeks later, I was informed the role was put on hold. This was very unprofessional and generally disorganized throughout the entire 4+ month process.

The overall experience was good, although the recruiting team seemed a bit disorganized, changing the interview schedule several times. Many typical interview questions were asked, with few design-specific ones. The marketing staff I spoke with were friendly and seemed more interested in my work style than my design skills, inspiration, or process.
