First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Special Needs Network.
Social Media Manager
The interviewer just asked me to tell them a bit about myself, and asked about my approach to social media. Then constantly asked if I had any questions for them. Overall the mood was a bit stale and unenergetic.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Behavior Therapist
The interview included professional questions and a clear description of the role. The interviewer showed a nice understanding of the staff. The HR representative was very kind and considerate when answering my questions. The Director was very nice and introduced me to the company's framework.
- Could you describe the functions of behavior?
Behavior Consultant
I applied on indeed and then got an email to schedule an interview. Before they asked me questions, I watched a 5 minute video about the company. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the day, but I haven't. It would be more professional if you all communicated instead of lying.
- How did you find out about us?
ABA Therapist
It was a really relaxed interview process. Felt pretty easy. They showed a video about the company and its history. Then they asked if I could see myself working there.
- How would you manage a child who is having a tantrum?
