Controller
The interview process was really good. HR was organized and I got to meet the CFO quickly, who is the hiring manager. The CFO was very impressive and knew a lot about my past employers, more than I did. I turned down the offer because my current company gave me a counteroffer. I might regret not taking the offer, but the interview process was great, and I would definitely consider them again in the future.

Customer Success Manager
So I had the worst experience ever with this company, super unprofessional. I did a phone interview and then a second interview. They said they were really interested but for a different role and that the recruiter would follow up after her vacation with details. I didn't hear back after 5 days, so I emailed, and then again 5 days later. No response at all, not even a simple rejection. Another friend had FOUR interviews and then got rejected, probably because she didn't have a degree. I wouldn't bother applying here. They seem to want a very specific person and don't know how other job types and skills can fit their roles.
- Can you tell me about a time you used the STAR method?
Contract Specialist
There were A LOT of interviews. I want to say I had 5 different ones. But they weren't all drawn out over months. I think they were split into two weeks maybe. Some were back-to-back on the same day. It's an intense process, but they do this to really vet who they are hiring. They want someone who will be a good fit and not leave shortly after hiring. It feels really inclusive that so many people want to talk to you and get to know you before hiring. They do check references as well.
- What are your salary expectations?
Marketing
Applied online and got an email to set up an interview time. Then had a 30-minute call with a talent acquisition rep. They asked a lot about why I left my past jobs, felt like they were digging for negatives instead of seeing if I could do the job. That caught me off guard because other interviews that week didn't ask that. By the end of the call, I felt I didn't get to show how my background could help the role and company. Got a rejection a few days later.
- What was the reason for leaving each of your previous positions?
