First you gotta pass a typing test, gotta be able to type 60 wpm or more. If they wanna hire you, then you get 30 days to train, you'll watch some tutorials and take quizzes, and do 10 sample transcripts that they'll grade. You get 3 tries to pass.

The application process is entirely online, with no direct human interaction initially. You'll need to complete a typing test and meet the minimum speed requirement. If your application is approved, you'll get an email about the next steps. This involves completing 10 transcription tasks within 30 days, though you could finish sooner. Passing these tasks means you could start the job the following week. While a foot pedal is helpful, it's not mandatory. A great aspect is that they provide feedback on your mistakes and allow up to two rounds of corrections.

I applied online and they got back to me. Then I had to download their software, sign an NDA, and agree to a background check. After that, there were 10 training modules I needed to pass before I could work for them. They are very picky and don't explain much, and you only get three tries, so you better make them good!
