It was really informative and a general overview. Mostly just basic interview questions about my skills, goals, and what they were looking for. They were nice and wanted to know what I was looking for in a job.

the interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. they were more focused on my communication skills, rather than my technical skills. I had three rounds on interviews and a pretty technical background beyond the job description but still didn't get the job.

Applied online and the first contact was a phone screening. Then I went in for a formal in-person interview at their Schertz office. It was a really personal panel interview, a great comfortable experience. The interviewers were the President, Operations Manager, and EHS Manager. They asked behavioral questions and a lot about my knowledge of Spawglass itself. A week later, I had a third interview with the President and Operations Manager, and HR extended an offer the following week. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks, but it was a good experience and the offer was really fair, so I didn't need to negotiate.

I met them at my school's career fair. The next day, they emailed me to set up a meeting at their Fort Worth Office. Once I arrived, the receptionist took my info and asked me to wait in the sitting area. After about 10 minutes, someone came and took me to a conference room. There were 3 interviewers, and each represented a different potential career path.
