They stopped responding even though I was qualified and interested. They asked if I could work weekends, and I said yes, which they said was essential for the role. They didn't reply back after that. I followed up but still didn't hear anything back. It was disappointing.

I applied and then I had my first interview with the lead esthetician, the general manager, and the owner. A few days later, I had a practical interview with the lead esthetician where I had to do a cleansing, facial massage, and hand and arm massage, and a skin analysis. Then I had a second interview a few days after that.

I got a phone call and then they set up an in person interview. We sat down and talked for about 30 minutes, then I gave a 30-minute massage focusing on the back and neck. The supervisor was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She asked regular interview questions and seemed to be looking for good people to hire at the spa. I hadn't worked in a spa before, but they said they'd train me on hot stone, scrubs, and wraps. I got the job offer right after the interview.
