Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spaulding Ridge.
Senior Consultant
The interview was a 3-hour session featuring one case study. It was a pretty easy interview, and everyone was friendly. You can work through the case. Being personable and knowing about the company values is important. Networking also helps.
- How would I approach a situation given a case?
Consultant
I went through multistage interviews, but I only got to do the first one. The interviewer was friendly. The interview was only an audio call even though it was supposed to be a video call. Interviews are conducted by employees with spare time, rather than a dedicated HR department.
- Tell me about one of your biggest weaknesses.
Consultant
It was a straightforward and fast interview process. I feel like more could have been done for the role, and I wouldn't suggest taking the offer. They seem to hire anyone. You'll have to do a mock review, and honestly, it's not much work. Pass on the role.
- What are the top three characteristics your friends would say about you?
