So I had 3 interviews in total. It started with a behavioural phone screening, then a skills interview, and the last one was a discussion with a partner. Everyone was really nice and it wasn't super hard. They were really fast, I got the offer in less than 2 weeks after the first interview.

Behavioral Technical

I had 4 interviews in total. The first was a recruiter screen, then a cultural fit interview with someone from another department. After that, I had a technical interview with someone from the department I was applying to, and the final interview was with the department head, which was a mix of the cultural fit and technical interviews. The last interview was about a week and a half ago. They were good at communicating until now, but now they've completely ghosted me, not responding to my follow-up emails or calls. It feels really bad to go through all that, have the interviewers like me, and then just be ghosted at the end without any explanation or feedback on how I could improve.

I made it to round two of their 4-stage interview process. They said I'd hear back within 24-48 hours about the outcome. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything back even after following up. Ignoring applicants who spent time preparing is not okay. It makes you wonder if the job was even real. You guys are a consulting firm, the people you ghost now could be clients later. You need to step up your game.
