Behavioral Technical

It was a 2 round interview process. The first round was with the Hiring Manager and the second was with Engineers. It was very straight forward and to the point. If you don’t have interpersonal skills you might not mix well. Just be open to whatever is asked of you and make sure to relate to prior experience.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process involved meeting with a lot of the upper management, program managers, middle managers, supervisors, and Tandy. It was a lengthy process that included further interviews and tests. Some interviewers seemed disinterested, while others were quite engaging. One interviewer wore a kilt, spoke with a peculiar accent, and ate haggis during our conversation. Ultimately, I accepted a position working for him.
