SAP Technical Trainee
First there was a test which was easy. Then 50 people out of 180 were shortlisted for the PI. The PI was a good experience. The panel was very courteous and chilled. The questions were logic based, mostly. No programming or technical questions were asked. It lasted for about 20-25 minutes. After that came the HR interview which was okay. The guy seemed grumpy and uninterested but I survived it. It went on for about 30 mins. I was then allowed to leave and they said they'd contact me within a week if I got the job.
- It's important to refresh your basic programming and math skills, as the questions asked were logic-based.
- No difficult questions were asked, but make sure your basic programming and mathematical skills are up to date.
SAP Technical Trainee
I signed up and uploaded my resume on the company's website about a month ago. Then, I got an email with the interview details. The first round was an Aptitude Test which had a Technical Section with SQL and C++. Results came out after an hour. 87 people were selected out of 350. The second round was purely technical. They asked about everything on my CV. I had to write SQL queries, basic C++ programs like palindrome, OOPs concepts, Fibonacci series, Sum of digits, Patterns, and also some HTML and JSP coding. After that, they asked some HR questions too. I passed the second round. The third round was HR, lasting about 45 minutes. The HR asked pretty much everything, by the end he knew me inside out. He asked general HR questions, technical questions, and puzzles. Then came the final round, a short interview with the MD. It was a really good experience. The staff was super cool and friendly. I really liked the company's atmosphere.
- Basic questions based on my CV were asked.
- They asked very basic questions according to CV :)
SAP Developer
I had interviews with three people. The first two seemed really into my experience and made it seem like I was a good fit. The third interviewer, however, seemed totally checked out from the start. He asked about my background but didn't seem to actually listen to what I was saying, like he just wanted to wrap it up quickly. It was pretty weird. They didn't end up offering me the job.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Business Consultant
First, there's a 30-minute presentation where they introduce the company and what a typical day looks like. Then, you're split into teams and given scenarios to solve. Finally, you have to give a 1-minute presentation on a topic chosen by your colleagues.
