It was a two-person interview. They spent some time explaining the company, and then I talked about myself. They asked questions about their core values and how I would embody them.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

The interview started with a phone call with two interviewers. One focused on technical aspects, while the other explored my background and how I align with the company's values. They seemed impressed with my answers and my company research. The next day, I received a technical assessment. The instructions were a bit unclear, requiring multiple follow-ups for clarification. I completed the assessment, meeting all 14 requirements. The subsequent step was a 'code review' scheduled two weeks later. During this session, they only suggested changing one line of code and then asked about my ideas for the app. They then wanted to collaborate on those ideas for the final 30 minutes, which made me uncomfortable. Two days after that, I got an email saying they chose other candidates, without providing any reason, despite the significant time and effort I invested.

Behavioral Presentation

A panel of three nice people asked me to walk through my portfolio and ask a few questions about company culture. I had to talk about my work process and how I think during it. Everyone was very nice and comforting. I had a few tech problems and they reassured me that there weren't any problems with having an issue. They felt very easy to talk to and I wasn't struggling with finding answers to their questions.

Behavioral Technical

There were two interviewers at once, one focused on behavioral questions and the other on technical ones. I think this is a good approach because it saves time for everyone and lets you know right away where you need to improve.
