Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spark Learning.
Patient Coordinator
The interviewer was 15 mins late for our initial phone screen call due to being 'stuck in a meeting'. I was left waiting and unsure, so I called the location to check in, which they seemed annoyed by. Once the call finally started, I felt I did well, but I quickly got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my application.
- Can you tell me what you know about ABA?
- What is your understanding of spark learning?
Registered Behavior Technician
I thought the interview was really fast, nice, and professional. First, I had a phone interview, then I set up a formal interview with two lead employees from the company, and then I got the offer.
- What would be your response to a particular behavior scenario?
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
The interview went smoothly and was direct. They answered all my questions. I got pretty much what I asked for regarding compensation. They were okay with my start date since I was moving from out of state.
- What do you want to gain from this role?
