They informed me about the total steps, which were 3: Technical Level 1, Technical Level 2, and HR - Negotiation. Technical Level 1 was conducted over Skype, and Technical Level 2 was in person. After passing Technical Level 2, they conducted the HR interview, which included negotiation and verification of my previous employment.
