Store Manager
The interview process was reassuring and comfortable. I felt it was great and that I was appreciated. It started on time and we had great conversations. The interviewer was personable, enjoyable, nice, curious, happy, confident, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, respectful, and fair. I felt appreciated and the interaction was appropriate.

Software Developer
Got referred by someone from the company. First, had an HR phone interview. Then, a programming problem. After that, a video interview with two engineers. Then, an in-person day: met with two junior engineers for an hour, then the CTO for 30 minutes, and finally two senior engineers for another hour. Waited for a bit, then got a call with an offer. Negotiated salary. The next day, they called back with the improved offer, and I accepted.
- Questions regarding Object-Oriented Design principles.
Sales
The interview process was great from both sides. I got to meet with senior management and also spent time on site with many employees. I was even invited to hang out at the office during one of their parties. This was a really good opportunity to get to know future coworkers on a personal level, since you end up spending a lot of time with them both inside and outside of work.
- How do you contribute to fun at SPARC?
- Tell me something personal about yourself.
Operations
I got to the facility and there was no parking, so I had to park on a dirt road in the woods. The people inside were nice, and a recruiting specialist and someone from HR met me and showed me around. I waited a long time for the interviewer. The interviewer came in with a laptop and phone and was on a call, and then asked me a question or two. The whole thing was about 15 minutes.
- If we hired you, what would be your biggest weakness in six months?
