The interview process kicked off with a phone chat that felt more like getting to know each other than a formal interview, though questions were still asked. After that, the next step was an in-person visit to their awesome office, where they gave us a tour and then dove into more detailed questions about me!

The interview process was really long. It started with a phone call about the internship. Then, after a few weeks and me following up, they sent an email and scheduled another phone interview. The recruiter actually missed this second call twice, which was pretty unorganized and not respectful of my time. They were also really slow to respond to emails, and I was in contact with them for over 5 months. Eventually, I had an in-person interview. Overall, the recruiting was very unorganized.

The whole hiring thing took about 3 months from when I first applied in March. I got a call pretty much right away, it was super quick and felt really personal. I didn't hear back until late April or early May, and then I was invited to come into the office for an interview. This was with HR and two people from the team I'd potentially join. They asked a lot more about my background, but it was still a really nice and friendly chat.
