First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spanish Red Cross.
Auxiliar Administrativo
It was an online interview, via Teams video call. It was pleasant, clear, and professional, conducted by the project coordinator in Pamplona. The project, career path, position(s), and activities/work to be done were explained.
- What is your availability?
- What are your hard, soft, and transversal skills?
- Tell me about your last role.
Psychologist
The process was quick and they were pleasant. They offered me different positions at different times. Unfortunately, the company's agreement is not very favorable to its employees. This situation made me hesitate to accept, to the detriment of the offer, considering other more attractive candidates.
- What is your availability and training for the position?
Promoter
It was a group, interactive interview where they made us recreate situations. The downside is that the conditions aren't very good. They tell you that with 4 hours you can earn a full salary, but that's not the case, it's very difficult to achieve. Some people might make it, but not many.
- Tell me about your previous jobs, preferably in sales.
- Why do you need this job and what will you use it for?
- What are two qualities you think you have?
Integrador social
