First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spafax.
Acquisitions Executive
The first interview was a regular one covering basic questions, motivation, and previous experiences. Then, I had to complete three assignments, one being an excel exercise. I then presented these with my reasoning. This was followed immediately by a second interview with the head of the department.
- Can you share an example of a challenging situation you encountered with your manager?
Account Manager
It starts with a resume review, mostly to verify your experience. Then you'll go into more detail about roles they find interesting. The next two interviews focus on the specific role, where they explain things really well and are super nice about it. They're upfront about the business challenges, which is pretty cool.
- Can you walk me through your resume and highlight your accomplishments?
- What professional achievement are you most proud of?
- Can you share your experience working in specific regions or countries?
Intern
I applied on the website and got an interview request a month later. The process had a one-on-one interview and then some take-home questions. The take-home questions required research and writing but weren't tricky. The company culture seems relaxed and autonomous. The office is a creative studio just outside downtown.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What do you consider your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
QC Technician
The interview process was simple, straight forward and friendly. The company gave me a good impression, as one I would enjoy working for and learn from. They have a nice facility in a great location and with good benefits.
- Were there questions about your abilities?
