The first interview was a regular one covering basic questions, motivation, and previous experiences. Then, I had to complete three assignments, one being an excel exercise. I then presented these with my reasoning. This was followed immediately by a second interview with the head of the department.

It starts with a resume review, mostly to verify your experience. Then you'll go into more detail about roles they find interesting. The next two interviews focus on the specific role, where they explain things really well and are super nice about it. They're upfront about the business challenges, which is pretty cool.

I applied on the website and got an interview request a month later. The process had a one-on-one interview and then some take-home questions. The take-home questions required research and writing but weren't tricky. The company culture seems relaxed and autonomous. The office is a creative studio just outside downtown.
