First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spaces.
Community Associate
First, I had to do a set of short video responses to some questions, where I had about a minute to prep and only one take. After that, I had a virtual chat over Teams with the Community Manager and Area Manager. It went pretty well and the questions were about what I thought they'd be. The final part was an in-person "working" interview where the Community Manager showed me around and then we went to the front desk. It was slow, so I mainly got a feel for the place and she walked me through some normal tasks. I got the job offer at the end.
- Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a colleague and how you resolved it.
Community Assistant
It was a good experience, they only gave a few tests. They wanted to check my excel knowledge and see if I could read floor plans. They also wanted to make sure I was personable and got along well with people. Common sense and drive are important.
- How would you email an angry client about lost mail?
Area Manager
This is an automated interview process where you'll be answering live questions with recording. You have 2 minutes and 30 seconds for each answer, but your answer should be no more than 1 minute. There are about 7 questions in total.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
- Can you share an experience where you faced high pressure while working on a challenging task or project?
- Describe a situation where you exceeded your sales targets.
Community Manager
I had a phone interview and they said I was moving on to the second round, but then I never heard back from them, not even after I tried calling to follow up. I wish there'd been more communication after the interview.
- Can you describe your experience with B2B?
