Designer
The interviewer was racially motivated. They had a snickering/mocking attitude towards me from the start. I want to warn others about interviewing here so it doesn't damage their confidence.
- Can you describe the role of design in contemporary society?
User Experience Designer
I spoke with a hiring manager, and it was a pretty relaxed interview process. They asked some general questions about my interest and experience. I felt it went alright, but I never heard back after the call. I waited a couple of weeks and still nothing, not even feedback. Pretty disappointing.
- What makes you want to join space150?
Media Planner
Applied online and had a phone interview with HR pretty quickly. It went great, and I was invited for an in-person interview the following week. That meeting was pretty laid-back and felt good. They mentioned the role I applied for wasn't open, but suggested an intern role instead. I interviewed for that too, and it also went well. Never got an offer though, they said they wanted me but the position wasn't ready yet. It's been ages.
- What motivates you?
Account Supervisor
It was a relaxed and comfortable interview. The recruiter was really open and happy to share information about the company's culture. The highlight was meeting the rest of the team. Everyone was friendly, making the whole experience easy.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
