It was a really easy interview process and a great conversation with someone who clearly understood the product space and its requirements. This experience made me very eager to join the company should I receive an offer. I'm hopeful about the outcome.

Behavioral Technical

Had a phone call with HR. Then I had a long chat with the CEO, who was really nice. We talked about everything for a long time. We mostly discussed motivating staff, sales targets, and my past experience. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She did make some comments about things she didn't like on my resume and told me to wear makeup.

They asked me about my past experience and why I'd be a good fit. I had to do a role-play exercise. They also asked how I deal with different customer service situations, and what I consider my strongest and weakest points. They wanted to know what I thought I could bring to the company and what my ambitions for career development were.

I met with the CEO and HR. The conversation was very personable and friendly, making it feel like I was talking to real people rather than robots. We shared some laughs during the process, which is always a good sign. They kindly offered me assistance since they were aware I had traveled from out of town for the interview.
