The interview was pretty straightforward, with basic questions about managing customer interactions and also about personal traits important for the job. It was generally easy if you can communicate well in English.

So there were 3 rounds in total. The first one was a phone interview. Then the second round was a really quick 5-minute Zoom call where they asked about my resume, my background, and my communication skills. After that, we had a final discussion about the work culture, and then I signed the offer and did the background check.

I'm interviewing with a staffing agency in the building, though they call themselves one thing and their business cards say another. The test is the longest I've ever seen; they give you four different sets of questions: 94, 35, 30, and a 250-question test. I think that's ridiculous considering the pay. You can dress however you want as long as you're covered. It's a typical call center, not very clean or decorated, and could use a lot of improvement there. There's a huge space on the floor with lockers and a few tables in the back, making it look like they just moved in. For training, they want you to show up at 7:30 am on the first day, which I think is ridiculous, and you don't get off until 5 pm. The schedule changes every week, which doesn't allow you to get anything done. But I haven't started yet; hopefully, they get it together.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about yourself outside of work.
