I got contacted after applying and had to do some essay questions first. Then, I had one phone interview. A week later, I got a phone call with a verbal offer. They said a written offer would come after a background check. I had to print and fill out a 60+ page document at my own cost, and I only had 24 hours. I also had to get a fit for work physical, also at my own cost, within 24 hours. Whenever they needed an extra document, the timeline was always really short. But on their side, things were really slow. The start date passed. I'm glad I didn't quit my job! It took a whole month for the offer letter, and when it finally came, the job title was different, important stuff wasn't in writing, and the start date was the very next day. I called right away, talked to HR, and tried to reach the manager I interviewed with multiple times, but my questions were never answered. I feel like I was scammed for my personal financial and background info.

The hiring process was long but totally worth it. It really showed how serious the company is about hiring employees with the right experience for the job. I had to do a drug screen at a lab and a health screen with my doctor to make sure I could do the job. The one-on-one interview with two managers was super professional and they clearly knew their stuff. They also gave me a tour of the place where I'd be working.

So, I had a phone interview first, and then an in-person interview with one person. They didn't ask any super tough questions and it was pretty short. I also met with the HR manager on the same day. The interviewer showed me around the place too.
