First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Southwestern Health Resources.
IT Director
So first there was a quick HR call for about half an hour, then I spoke with the hiring manager for another 30 minutes. After that, I had a meeting with the hiring manager again, but this time with another person from their team, which also lasted for 30 minutes.
- Can you describe your leadership style?
- Tell me about your software development background.
Compliance Manager
The hiring process started with an introductory call to discuss my background and experience. Then there was a face-to-face interview conducted over team/zoom, which lasted about 30 minutes. The process of scheduling and conducting the interview was straightforward and stress-free, not at all intimidating. It was also quite interactive, and I gained a better understanding of the role. If I were to be selected for the position, I would then proceed to a second round of interviews with other members of the organization.
- Are you open to relocating?
Patient Navigator
Had a great panel interview with three supervisors. They asked really relevant questions, mostly about my work ethic, punctuality, past jobs, and what I like to do in my free time.
- How do you handle issues that come up in your current role?
