The interview process for this student engineer role involves a couple of calls. First, there's about a 20-minute technical phone call with the engineering supervisor. Then, there's another HR interview, also around 20 minutes, which is focused on behavioral aspects.

I had an HR meeting with the recruiter for about 30 minutes. She wants to move on to the next round with the hiring manager. She scheduled a meeting for the next day without consulting me during a time I was unavailable. I had to scramble to reschedule other things to make time for it. The hiring manager was rude and didn't ask any relevant questions. It felt like a waste of time. They also have a strange interview window.

The interview process had 2 main stages: a manager call and an all-day interview. It started with a 15-minute screening phone call by the hiring manager. Then, there was a 15-minute phone call with HR. This was followed by a dinner interview with the hiring manager. The next part was an all-day (9-5) on-site interview. It began with a 30-minute technical presentation, followed by a 15-minute Q&A. After that, I met with people one level above the position (2-3 people). Then, we had lunch, and I met with their bosses (3-4 people, including the hiring manager). Then I met with their bosses, going all the way up to the vice president of the division. The interview ended with the hiring manager. They provided travel arrangements if needed. I heard back about a week later.
