Presentation Behavioral

About an hour after applying online, I received an email to interview at a pre-selected date and time. I had another interview scheduled that day but cancelled it for this one. The email also requested a presentation, but I received no reply when I asked for the topic. I spent a lot of time preparing it, only to be rushed through it during the interview, and my other answers were also cut short. They said a decision would be made 'by next week,' and the email arrived on the last day of the week stating the position was 'cancelled.' The whole experience felt unprofessional due to poor communication and a rushed interview, making me question their genuine interest in hiring.

Behavioral Presentation

I was emailed to schedule an in-person interview about a week after the application deadline. The interview had 3 interviewers and the questions were pretty direct and friendly, focusing on my past work experiences. I thought it went well, but a week later I got an email saying my application wasn't moving forward. The interview process at SNHD is really competitive and tough to get into; I've had a few interviews with them before for other jobs. I think they're looking for someone with a good amount of professional experience.

Back in the day, it was like a panel of six to seven supervisors interviewing you, and it took 4 months from when you applied. But lately, I heard from new hires that the interview process is online-based and they got a faster response, so it's less nerve-wrecking.

Got a heads-up that I met the minimum requirements and learned when the preliminary test would be. The test really cut down the pool, as only the top 5 candidates moved on to interviews. Then there was one interview with the manager, a supervisor, an HR rep, an admin assistant, and a team member where they tested my knowledge on the job's required subjects.
