First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Southern Health Partners.
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Had a chat with the charge nurse, then got a tour of the place. They explained what the job involves. I got to ask some questions too. We talked about the pay and the schedule and stuff. It felt like the right amount of time for the interview. They made an offer, I accepted, and got an email the same day.
- Do you have prior experience in this setting?
- What is your expected rate of pay?
Licensed Practical Nurse
Very Welcoming from start to finish. I met with the Nurse manager and she gave me a tour, and explained my role if hired. She was very informative and professional. She mentioned that someone would reach out to me in a few days.
- Tell me about your years of experience.
- What are your job duties?
- Can you describe a past situation and how you would handle it?
Licensed Practical Nurse
The interview process was smooth. It was easy to talk to the staff, and they were friendly. The staff had high energy and were positive. The facility was clean and organized. They clearly explained the expectations and job duties, and the new hire package/offer was presented right away.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What are your expectations for this role?
Regional Nurse Manager
I found the job on Indeed and sent in my application. I had to answer some emails. The first step was a phone interview, and then I had a Zoom interview with the Regional Director. They offered me the job, and I accepted the pay. It's all contingent on my background check though.

- What type of experience do you have?
