For this Sales Consultant role, the interview process had two rounds. You can expect questions about dealing with tough spots, handling customer objections, and other similar behavioral stuff.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and a few days later, a manager called to set up an interview. I interviewed with the sales manager and area manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They said they'd contact me in 1-2 weeks for a second round, but I haven't heard back after two follow-ups. I'm not sure if I'll ever hear back, but it felt unprofessional not to get a response either way. The interview itself seemed to go okay.
