Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved 3 interviews: a 10-minute phone call, a 30-minute Zoom call, and then a hour-long Zoom call where I had to do a sales presentation. It took them over a month to get back to me. It also included a drug test and background screening. This internship involves a lot of work going in and out of grocery stores all day, but it's great sales experience.

Behavioral Presentation

So first there was like a 15 minute phone call to go over general stuff. Then we had a zoom call where they asked me a bunch of behavioral questions. After that, I had to do a 15 minute presentation on my goals and accomplishments. Finally, I had a 30 minute in-person interview where we talked about my resume, accomplishments, and more behavioral questions.
