Behavioral Technical

It was a smooth process, interviewed after career fair. Mostly behavioral questions. It was a panel style interview with two supervisors that are engineers. They took turns answering questions. Definitely brush up on those behavioral questions.

Behavioral

It was super simple. First, I had an in-person interview, and then I did some zoom interviews. They didn't ask any technical questions, it was all behavioral, just talking about myself. They did ask me to talk more about some of my projects, but nothing too complicated.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share one flaw in your character?

Behavioral

I got an in-person interview from the career fair. They asked me some normal behavioral questions. It was with two people, one was nice, and the other was trying to be intimidating. Went onto a second round, virtual panel interview with 2 people asking me extremely basic behavioral questions, so basic that they were hard to answer. Still thought interview went well and interviewers seemed to like me, but still got rejected.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share instances where you demonstrated leadership abilities?
  • Which technical skills do you possess that would be beneficial for a role at Southern Company?
  • What are your favorite and least favorite classes, and could you explain why?
