I applied a couple weeks back and then got called for an interview. First, I had an interview with the director of the department, and then I met with the campus director. I got the offer the very next day. The whole process was pretty easy and fast, but it really depends on your personality, skills, and how the management vibes with you as a person. Company culture is super important here, so if you don't fit in, you probably won't get the job.

I applied online and they called me for a first and second interview. I met in person with my supervisor and got feedback from them. They asked questions about my previous employers, spoke about my work schedule and what I know about the company.

So I had this interview and the people interviewing me weren't really professional or aware of what the job required. I got an email saying they accepted me and I sent all the documents they asked for. Then they told me to wait for the HR offer letter. I waited over a month and then they told me I didn't have enough experience and rescinded the offer.

It was a really simple and straightforward interview process. They started by asking me about my previous experience in admissions. Then, they went over the expectations for the role, which I really appreciated. I was informed that I'd need to meet with two more people before they make a final decision.
