The interview process was very disorganized, starting with the owner who found me on social media. Initially, they went with someone else, which was fine. The owner then called back about a different position, but I never heard back after that, so I guess I dodged that one! He even mentioned using misleading job titles and descriptions to attract good applicants. No thanks!
