First, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager who asked me about my background. Then, I had a second interview via Skype with a local manager. The third interview was also on Skype, but this time with two managers at once. Unfortunately, after the interviews, they didn't follow up as promised. Weeks later, I received a generic rejection email that felt like it was for candidates who never even got an interview. It was disappointing, especially since I'd heard the company was progressive and employee-friendly.

Behavioral Presentation

I had an initial phone screening, then a zoom interview with the whole team, and a final interview with the VP and manager. They gave me a scenario and asked me to present my approach. I thought I did well but I guess not. No feedback was given. HR called me a few days later to tell me they want someone more experienced. Waste of my time. Manager was dismissive during the interview.

The interview process was simple and effective. I was interviewed by team peers and by the manager before receiving the offer. The job responsibilities and expectations were clear and everyone was friendly.
