Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Southeast QSR.
Restaurant General Manager
The interview was based on behavioral questions. The gentleman I interviewed with asked me some problem solving questions as well. Then I had a second interview the same day with a different person.
- How would you handle a guest complaint?
- Tell me about a time you solved a difficult problem.
IT Field Technician
I got a message to set up a phone call. I did, and then got a call from a recruiter. They told me everything they had to say, and then asked me just one question. After I answered, they said I would get PI Cognitive and Behavior Assessments. I finished them, but then never heard back from anyone, not even about the results. I tried to follow up 4 times and never got a response about anything. As I'm writing this, I still haven't heard anything back.
- Would you like to move forward with the next stage of the process?
Area Coach
It was a multi-step interview process with several people involved. I did a 'Real Job Preview' where I actually worked in the store like an employee to get a feel for the pace and the brand. The company offers a lot of perks and pays better than average.
- Can you share an instance where a former employer failed to meet your expectations?
