Assistant Manager
The process was easy but lengthy, taking a while to finish. I did appreciate getting feedback while waiting though. There were a lot of stats to the interview process, and I had to come back multiple times to understand where things stood.
- What are your plans for the role should you be hired?
Poker Dealer
So when you get hired as a poker dealer, it's not really an interview, more like an audition. They had me deal two hands of omaha 8 or better, one hand of stud 8 or better, and then count a big stack of chips at the end (I think the stack was around 405,000). Oh, and every hand had to be hand shuffled.
- Can you deal two hands of Omaha 8 or better?
- Can you deal one hand of Stud 8 or better?
- Can you count this stack of chips?
Server Bartender
The interview process was professional and comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly, making it an easy experience. I had to wear a mask the entire time, which is expected. We discussed procedures and expectations, and I was asked about my vaccination status.
- Do you have prior bartending experience?
- Have you worked events previously?
- What is your total number of years in this industry?
Poker Dealer
You'll do an audition where you deal to the supervisors, not other candidates. Before you deal, they'll introduce you to everyone. The supervisors will chat with you while you're dealing. I didn't feel any pressure during my audition.
- Can you tell me the value of this stack?
