The first interview round was great, however the second round was unprofessional. The second round is with the Dean, and she does not truly understand what she wants within the role. All they do is fire questions back to back.

You have to go through two rounds of interviews. The first one is a group interview, and if you get selected, the second one is with your direct supervisor. You also need to submit a writing sample after the interview.

The interview process was quick and simple. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. I was a bit nervous at first but once the interview started everyone helped ease the tension.
