I had my interview over Zoom. There were seven managers on the panel, and they each asked me some questions. They finished by asking if I had anything else to add that hadn't been covered.

It was a very long process, stretching over 6 months. It started with a written exam, followed by a Quality Appraisal Panel (QAP) interview, and then a final interview before they contacted my recommenders. I got an initial verbal offer confirmation, but it was later rescinded because I'm on a work visa and not a citizen or permanent resident. I'd advise international candidates not to get their hopes up for jobs here.
