They might also ask about how I work, how I solve problems, and if I can work alone or with others. I should be ready to answer truthfully and give examples from my cleaning work. It's also smart to dress nicely for the interview. After talking, they'll decide if they want to hire me. It's their way of getting to know me better and seeing if I'm the right fit for their cleaning opening.

First, you submit your documents, then you wait for a call. You will be interviewed by 4 people, and they will only ask 4 questions. Then, you wait for at least a month for feedback. The final stage is signing your contract.
