Apprentice
The interview process took about 15 to 20 minutes. There were three interviewers, and they asked different types of questions. It started with normal interview questions and then went deep into technical questions.
- Can you tell me about the tools you use in your chosen trade?
Credit Controller
Started with written tests, the questions were specific to the job. Then there was a panel interview followed by selection. The panel included 3 people: one from HR, the role Manager, and a Supervisor. They conducted 2 rounds of interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
- What feedback would your former colleagues give about you?
Sales Executive
The interview process was great, with clear direction and an open approach. It didn't involve too many steps. A presentation task was pre-assigned. I had the chance to meet several team members and a lot of the hiring team, who were very open to answering my questions about the company culture and environment.
- Do you have contacts in the industry?
Sales and Reservations
The process was reliable, with integrity, realistic and transparent, handled very professionally, ensuring merit takes advantage. They were willing to offer detailed explanations on what the position would entail, and positive and negative aspects were discussed and negotiated on.
