So, I interviewed for this Account Coordinator role and it was a total mess. The recruiter was super communicative at first, but then just ghosted me after I'd already gone through three interviews, did a writing task, and even gave them my references. It's pretty wild that they kept talking about how people-focused they are and how much they care about company culture, but then they treat potential hires like this. I made it to the final round, but the person who was supposed to interview me bailed. The person who stepped in clearly wasn't ready for it and seemed like they didn't want to be there. They hit me with some pretty weird questions for an entry-level gig, which really threw me. At the end of that interview, the original interviewer actually asked for my availability for the rest of the day and promised I'd hear back by the end of the day. I followed up a couple of times, but nope, never heard anything. No rejection email, nothing. It was a complete waste of my time. It would be nice if they could just have the decency to let candidates know if they aren't a fit, especially after people have put in so much time on interviews and tasks. It's honestly unbelievable how companies operate these days.

The interview process felt rushed and wasn't very constructive. I wasn't even sure how the interviewer was connected to the company. Overall, I didn't enjoy the experience and ended up with more questions than answers.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quite extensive. I spoke with several team members and had to complete a writing assignment that took a lot of time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any feedback after all that effort. Given the time and energy commitment, I was really disappointed by the lack of communication. You might want to think twice before investing your time interviewing here.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process with SourceCode was really fast but also very thorough. It included a few rounds with different people involved, and also a presentation where I had to come up with a made-up strategic PR plan. It took a lot of time, but I think it was a crucial part of making sure a candidate could actually do what they said they could do, not just talk about it.
