SME
So, the interview process usually has about 2 to 5 rounds. Sometimes you might meet with the CEO or COO. They ask typical behavioral questions. It's a pretty fair process, all in all.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you faced and how you dealt with it?
Instructional Designer Intern
I had a screening phone call and then a web-conferencing video call with someone from the team. After that, HR was supposed to contact me. In my case, it took about two months because they didn't initially have summer work, but then they reached out saying there might be an opportunity.
- Tell me about your background and why you applied for this role.
Contracts Manager
I showed up about 15-20 mins early for my panel interview. Basic contract questions came up, nothing too hard. Everyone I passed in the halls was super nice. The panelists were all pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in my background, smiling and all.
- What part of contracts do you like the best?

HR did a good job with the interview process, making sure everything was scheduled and confirmed via email. The interview itself was a panel setup including the hiring manager, a senior team member, HR, and potentially someone who previously held the role. It felt pretty relaxed and friendly, though it might be a bit daunting if you're new to panel interviews.
- Can you explain the AbilityOne Program?
- What do you know about NISH and NIB?
