The interview process wasn't that long. I first spoke with the Senior Managers and then met with the Executives. I got the job through an Employee Referral. The whole thing took about one to two weeks, possibly closer to one.
- Have you spent your days on the phone before?

The interview process was quite disorganized. I spoke with a couple of managers who seemed unprepared. The first manager asked questions, then left, and another manager came in and asked the exact same questions. After that, I waited alone for about 15 minutes until the CEO came in. He didn't ask me any questions but instead spoke about the company. I later found out he was primarily assessing my age and appearance. After waiting over two weeks for follow-up and noting several red flags, I decided to decline the job offer, as I could earn more in retail or service roles.
- Are you available to work on weekends and beyond regular hours when necessary?
- Do you have children, or are you planning to have any?
- How do you handle working in close proximity with others in a potentially loud environment?
Administrative Professional
I had a phone interview for the position. Then, several people from the employer interviewed me. I had 2 interviews in total before getting hired. Source2 mentioned I might be hired permanently, but that wasn't the employer's plan at the time or for future roles.
- On a percentage scale, how familiar are you with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook?
Recruiter
I had a good experience interviewing here last year. It involved phone and video calls. The hiring managers were really professional and went into more detail about the job responsibilities. It helped me get a better picture of what the role would actually be like.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
- What are your career aspirations?
