I applied online and got a call the next day from the HR Director. She scheduled an interview for me at 9:30am. The hiring manager filled in for her and asked me questions about my past experiences and opinions on various topics. He mentioned I'd hear back around 4pm about moving forward. This part took about 15-20 minutes. The second interview was similar in length. I met with another manager, and we walked around outside, where they showed me what's expected at an entry-level role. Afterwards, we sat at a cafe to discuss the job, promotions, pay, and expectations for different levels. Then, we met with the first hiring manager again, who asked more job-related questions and about our thought processes. He said I'd get a call by the end of the day if more interviews were planned. I received a call around 5pm. This whole second part lasted 2-3 hours.

I sent in my application online. An HR person e-mailed me to set up a phone interview, but she was slow to confirm. The phone interview itself was alright, and the HR rep was really nice. I would have thought positively of the company, but it feels like they're not serious about their work or her role. After the interview, I didn't hear back about moving on to the next stages, even after I followed up two weeks later, which is when she said a decision would be made. It was really unprofessional to take so long to reply to emails and not even send a simple rejection email.
