After I applied, things moved pretty fast. First, I chatted with a recruiter. Then, I got an assignment. I submitted it and waited for feedback, which was positive. After that, I had a long interview, about 5-6 hours, covering different behavioral and technical topics. Everyone was really nice and helpful throughout, and they responded quickly to my questions. The steps were all clear and explained well. Even though it was all remote because of COVID, it went smoothly.

I had a first interview with a recruiter where they asked about my experience and told me about the company, the job, and the benefits. I got good feedback and they sent me a link for the second part, which was a code challenge that they said would take about 4 to 5 hours. I did the challenge and sent it back, but never heard back from them, and it's been 3 months. It's rude to not even get a reply after putting in a lot of time on their challenge. They're either really disorganized or just don't care about the people interviewing.

The first recruiter I spoke with wasn't very professional; she got my name wrong and then didn't even show up for the interview she set up. Also, when I tried to follow up, she only got back to me the next day. Later on, she was slow to pass along information to me.
