The hiring process was quick and easy. I recommend working for this company because they do a good job of hiring genuinely good people. Definitely check out their job board to find out when they are hiring for a role that fits your resume.

First up was a resume screening over the phone. It was a really straightforward process. Then, I went to the office for the second round, which was mainly personal and behavioral questions. It was a super casual, sit-down chat with someone from HR and another person from the Account team. The vibe was low-pressure. Honestly, there were moments where it felt like they didn't have questions ready, leading to some awkward pauses, which made it a bit tricky to get into a smooth flow. But all in all, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really friendly and they got back to me fast. They set up the interview over lunch to work with my schedule. I met with the CEO and two Creative Directors. They were mostly interested in culture and what makes me happy at work. They showed me some of their recent work, which I found unique, and discussed their process. I presented my portfolio from my laptop on their big screen. I realized I'd need to improve to work there, but they were cool and took their time talking with me. I asked more questions than they did, but it was a good chat about design and what drives me personally.

First, we exchanged emails, and then I had a one-hour phone call with two creative and art directors. It was a conference call and pretty easy. The people I spoke with were really genuine and outgoing.
