The interview experience was good and very friendly. It went really well, and I didn't figure out why I got rejected. The interviewer even complimented my communication skills and cracked a few jokes to ease the tension. I was really hoping I would get the job.

Behavioral Technical

I was happy to see Soul Foods reach out about the HR manager position, especially given my background in the coffee industry. However, the screening call left me with a bad impression. The recruiter seemed rushed and unwelcoming, cutting me off at times and asking repetitive questions from my application, which felt strange. To top it off, the call unexpectedly turned into a final interview with behavioral questions that I wasn't prepared for. This rushed and poorly paced interview determined my application's outcome, and I feel it's important to point out that this process doesn't represent the company well or make a good impression on potential hires.
