Behavioral Presentation

It was comprehensive but moved fast, with feedback and scheduling for the second round happening the very next day. Standard questions like your strengths/weaknesses and why you want to work here were asked. The recruiters and receptionists were nice, and the overall vibe of the place was positive, inquisitive, and encouraging, unlike the aloof/intimidating reputation some big art places have.

I applied online and went through an introductory meeting followed by an interview and a writing test. The HR person I first spoke with set up the next interview, telling me it was a perfect fit. The interview itself was very brief. After that, I took a writing test and then had salary discussions. The salary range the HR person quoted was much lower than what they were actually offering, but I was still keen on getting the offer. There was a significant delay of over two months of 'radio silence' before I received a negative outcome. The rejection call cited my writing test as not meeting their standards. The HR person expressed a desire to help me find another role within the company and suggested other positions to apply for, but I never heard from her again.

Behavioral Group

It was a three-step thing: first a nice chat with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a chill team panel. They asked stuff about admin skills, juggling tasks, and if I'd fit in. They kept me in the loop the whole time. Took about 2–4 weeks total, and the whole vibe was really professional and welcoming.
