Had a quick chat with HR to start. Then, a video call with the hiring manager, which was pretty standard. They were good about giving me a clear idea of what to expect next. The final interview was supposed to be in-person, lasting two hours, and involved meeting with four team members. However, just two hours before it was scheduled, HR called to let me know that due to some team restructuring and changes in headcount, they were no longer hiring for the position.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I was asked the typical questions, and the interviewers were really nice and understanding. It ended up being 4 rounds total, and I spoke with senior people each time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This was a really long interview process. I got an email about 1.5 weeks after the job closed, inviting me for an interview that was scheduled for another 1.5 weeks later. It took another week to hear back about a second interview, and then another 1.5 weeks to find out the result. The first interview was with two people from the department who seemed friendly and encouraging, and it went well. The second interview was with the head of the department and did not go well. I felt like she really went after me. I was told I was overqualified multiple times and then offered a place in their intern program, which I found insulting given my experience.
